Our Vision

At Park Place we celebrate the changing seasons and terroir of our life, the place that is home and any travels made. We offer tasting menus designed around what nature has grown for us in the wild and present these ingredients in a manner that we hope reminds you of a different time. We strive to constantly evolve in the art and craft of foraging and use our seasoned cooking techniques to present menus that are as ever-changing and evolving as the natural world they are harvested from. At Park Place, we believe in celebrating a different way of life, a slower pace of life, a life that speaks through the final presentations of each dish created for our guest.

Chef Philip Manganaro embarks on a singular mission: to celebrate and illuminate nature's hidden stories through extraordinary culinary encounters. As an artist, chef, and wild farmer, his creations bridge the gap between plate and planet. Every bite supports his commitment to ecological harmony and sustainable culinary artistry.

Chef Phil's purpose is to reveal the genuine flavors of the wild. He tirelessly forages the finest wild farmed ingredients, ensuring each dish resonates with the essence of its origin.
